1) What Lemma is

Lemma is execution infrastructure. We provide software that can place orders through exchange APIs you configure.

2) What Lemma is not

Lemma is not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, guarantees, or promises of profit.

3) Non-custodial

Your funds stay in your exchange account. You control the API keys and permissions. You can revoke access at any time.

4) Your responsibility

You are responsible for your strategy choice, configuration, API permissions, and the outcomes. If you’re not comfortable with that, do not use automated execution.

5) Risk disclosure (must read)

Crypto markets are volatile. You can lose money quickly. Read the Risk Disclosure before enabling execution.
