1. Agreement
By accessing or using Lemma ("Service"), creating an account, or completing a payment through Razorpay, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated under the Lemma brand at www.lemmatradingbot.com. For support, contact contact@lemmatradingbot.com.
2. What Lemma is
Lemma is software-as-a-service (SaaS) — execution infrastructure that can place crypto futures orders on CoinDCX through API keys you configure. Access is sold as a digital subscription (trial and paid plans), not as a financial product, brokerage, or fund.
3. What Lemma is not
Lemma is not a financial advisor, portfolio manager, SEBI-registered intermediary, or exchange. We do not provide investment advice, guarantees of profit, or custody of your trading capital.
4. Non-custodial
Your funds remain in your own exchange account. You control API keys and permissions. You may revoke access at any time. Lemma never withdraws funds from your exchange wallet.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including exchange terms and any restrictions on crypto derivatives trading where you live.
6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys. Notify us promptly at contact@lemmatradingbot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid access is billed via Razorpay according to the plan you select (monthly or yearly). Prices shown at checkout (including applicable taxes) are final at the time of purchase. Free trial terms, if offered, are described during onboarding. Renewals and cancellations are covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer protected components except as allowed by law, or use Lemma for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or present security risk.
9. Risk and your responsibility
Crypto futures are volatile. You can lose money quickly, especially with leverage. You choose strategy parameters, stake, leverage, and whether to run live or paper mode. Outcomes are your responsibility. Read the Risk Disclosure before enabling live execution.
10. Intellectual property
Lemma software, branding, and documentation remain our property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active paid or trial period.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, exchange connectivity, or any trading result. Past paper or backtest performance does not guarantee future results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemma and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, exchange outages, API failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims related to a paid subscription shall not exceed fees you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
