1. Nature of the product
Lemma is a digital software subscription. There is no physical good. Access begins when your account is provisioned and (for paid plans) after successful payment authorization via Razorpay.
2. Free trial
If a free trial is offered, it starts when you complete billing setup (payment method authorization) as described during onboarding. Trial access does not require an upfront charge for the trial period itself. After the trial, recurring charges follow the plan you authorized unless you cancel in time.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel a subscription by emailing contact@lemmatradingbot.com from your registered account email, or through in-product billing controls when available. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access typically continues until the end of the current paid period already billed.
Please include your registered email and approximate purchase date so we can locate your Razorpay payment.
4. Refund eligibility
Because Lemma is digital SaaS with immediate access to software features, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where:
- Required by applicable Indian consumer law
- A duplicate / accidental charge is verified by us
- We determine a material service failure on our side that we cannot remedy
Trading losses on your exchange account are not grounds for a refund of software fees. Lemma does not control market prices or guarantee trading outcomes.
5. Refund request window
Eligible refund requests should be sent to contact@lemmatradingbot.com within 7 days of the disputed charge, with payment reference details. We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank/UPI timelines vary (typically several business days after we initiate the refund).
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues faster. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of the account pending investigation.
