Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Account data — email, password (hashed via our auth provider), display name, mobile, city
- Billing data — subscription status, plan interval, payment references from Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers)
- Trading settings — risk parameters, strategy selections, and exchange API credentials you choose to connect (stored securely for execution)
- Usage and technical data — logs, device/browser info, IP address for security and abuse prevention
- Marketing attribution — optional UTM parameters or referral codes if you arrive from a campaign link
- Communications — emails or messages you send to support
3. How we use data
We use personal data to:
- Provide and improve the Service (account, onboarding, cockpit, billing)
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Send transactional notices (e.g. account or billing related)
- Secure the platform and investigate abuse
- Measure campaign effectiveness when attribution data is present

4. Payment processors
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Their handling of payment credentials is governed by Razorpay's own policies. We receive confirmation and identifiers needed to activate your subscription — not your full card PAN/CVV.
5. Exchange API keys
If you connect CoinDCX API keys, they are used solely to place or manage trades and related account reads as you configure. Use trade-permission keys and never grant withdrawal permissions to third-party software. You may disconnect keys at any time in the product.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate Lemma (e.g. hosting, authentication, payment processing, messaging platforms you opt into), under confidentiality and purpose limits. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
7. Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of account data subject to lawful retention requirements by emailing contact@lemmatradingbot.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, service role separation). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect API keys.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies/session storage for authentication and may store short-lived attribution parameters (UTM/ref) to understand how you found Lemma. You can clear browser storage at any time.
10. Your choices
You may update profile information in-product, cancel subscriptions per our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and contact us to request access or deletion where applicable.
11. Children
Lemma is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
